Our meat is all sourced from Russells Butchers in Shenstone and is of a fantastic quality, prepared freshly for us the same day. I would highly recommend them to anyone who lives close by. We use brioche buns, or speciality rolls for our burgers as to ensure a high quality, and we have had some extremely positive feedback, especially on the 'American Burger' which always seems to be the favourite!
The American BurgerThis is our favourite! 4oz beef burger, topped with smoked dry cure bacon, melted cheese, Jack Daniels barbeque sauce and crispy onion bits. Served on a brioche bun, with tomato relish, mustard, and pickles.
Classic CheeseA simple 4oz burger served on a brioche bun. Double cheese, mustard, relish and pickles and finished with crispy onions.
The ContadorGrilled free range chicken breast, topped with sliced chorizo and garlic mayo. This beast of a burger is served on a Tiger roll, with shredded beetroot and mixed greens.
Greek Style Minted Lamb4oz minted lamb burger, grilled to perfection and topped with black olives, cucumber, red onion, mixed herbs and feta cheese. Served in a Salt and Pepper roll and covered in mint yoghurt.
The Eiffel Tower (v)One for the veggies This giant stack of a burger starts with tomato relish and green salad, then a spicy bean burger, mature cheddar and a grilled portabello mushroom. Topped with garlic mayo and served in a brioche bun.
